The brief

DP360 is a CRM for car dealerships. Sales staff live on their phones, so the mobile apps are where leads, follow-ups and appointments actually get worked.

What I built

Native apps on both platforms rather than a shared codebase: Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android, with MVVM on each so the two apps share a structure even though they share no code. The work spans features, maintenance and the release cycle on both stores.
